MCA exclusive & full 1 Year Warranty on all Hardware. At
MCA Computer Systems, we stand behind our products. No matter what type of new,
refurbished or used Sun computer equipment we supply you with, you can be
sure it has gone through our rigorous testing
process to become MCA certified—custom built, fully tested and guaranteed
up to 1 full year from date of shipment. All equipment comes our exclusive
warranty & support.
We also offer up to 5 year extended warranty plans.
In all cases, it is the customers responsibility to have read and
understand the definitions of the condition and warranties of equipment
sold or posted on our site. By use of this site and/ or all transactions,
purchases or agreements made with MCA, you agree and understand to these
warranty & condition definitions, along with our terms
& conditions. If you any questions, please contact our office. MCA
provides a full 1 year hardware only warranty on all used and refurbished
equipment, unless otherwise noted, against any defective part. We do not provide
software support or warranty. We are not an authorized reseller.

| The terms "Refurbished"
or "Remanufactured"
or "Used"
are generally used to describe systems and / or products that have been
returned by customers as trade-in's, upgrades, or off-lease. The
majority of these equipment are generally NOT
DEFECTIVE… more than 95% in some cases ! These products are
fully inspected, vigorously tested and professionally repackaged.
Our warranties can range from 90 days to 1 year. Educated customers that
take advantage of these refurbished deals can save anywhere from 20 to
90% or more ! |
| The term "New Bulk"
or "New Pull"
or "System Pull"
is used to describe components that are removed from usually Unused
New Systems that were reconfigured to meet a customers needs.
The components were just installed and in many cases generally never
even used. Our warranties can range from 90 days to 3 years.
Educated customers that take advantage of pulled components can save
anywhere from 10 to 90% or more ! |
| The term "New System"
or "New Open Box"
is used to describe system bases or chassis that are
Unused New equipment and may have never
been used. Unless otherwise requested, each system is opened
for testing, inspection and may require custom configuration or
upgrades, per customer specifications. Custom integration and
system upgrades may include components that are either new system pulls,
refurbished, or licensed equipment. Our warranties can range from 90
days to 3 years. Educated customers that take advantage of these custom
systems and save anywhere from 10 to 50% or more ! |
| The term "New" or "Unused"
means New Equipment sold outside
of the OEMs authorized channels and is used to describe equipment that
is Unused and have never
been used. We offer a 1 year warranty on all new & unused
equipment |
| The term "3rd Party"
"...Equivalent"
"...Licensed"
is used to describe products that are equivalent in form, fit and
function to the original manufacturer. Generally these items are brand
new and have never been used.
Our warranties can range from 90 days to 3 years or lifetime for memory
and may include a manufacturers warranty Educated customers that take
advantage of these equipment can save anywhere from 50 to 150% or more ! |
