type of new, refurbished or used Sun computer equipment we supply you
with, you can be sure it has gone through our rigorous testing process to become
MCA certified—custom built, fully tested and guaranteed. The following is a
list of steps involved in the MCA quality assurance process.
- Audit and Inspection – components and computer networking
equipment inspected for manufacturer revision levels, part number
identification and cosmetic appearance
- Initial Diagnostic – full boot and test via manufacturer’s
diagnostic procedures
- Revision Process – repair or replace nonworking parts, upgrade to
current revision levels
- Full Diagnostic – full diagnostic test of integrated product
- Inventory Process – components and computer networking equipment
are bar-coded, identified by manufacturer’s serial number, assigned an
inventory control number and stored in static-free, climate-controlled
storage facility
- Configuration – orders are custom configured according to
customer specifications
- Outgoing Diagnostic – full diagnostic test of configured product
- Quality Certification – all configurations are independently
checked for quality by two certified technicians
- Packaging Process – antistatic and reinforced materials are used
in our customized packing to prevent shipping and handling damage. For New
equipment we either strap it to a pallet or securely shrink wrap the box to
ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
All equipment is shipped, CIF origin, unless otherwise noted. We offer
Free Ground delivery throughout the domestic United States, in addition to our
same day, next day or 2nd day services. Upon shipment, you will be
notified of the package tracking information. Depending on the carrier
utilized, you can track your order on-line, in real time.
